Almost as far from the blues as you can get. Simon's first solo album is a celebration of modern ambient dance music which oddly enough does not feature his guitar. Incessant rhythm beats throb around swirling keys and synths. Although this is all Simon's work, there is a passing nod to US soul maestro Stevie Wonder and Scottish baird - Robbie Burns. Check it out...if you dare.
